Why CloverLeaf?

CloverLeaf was founded with a simple mission - to create an environment focused on serving the needs of our clients, by providing wise counsel and effective stewardship of the resources entrusted to us.

Our clients are our most important stakeholders and the lifeblood of our business. Only by satisfying our clients first do we have the opportunity to satisfy the needs of our employees and owners. To that end, we go to extraordinary lengths to satisfy our clients’ needs. We always want to exceed our clients’ expectations. We strive to serve our clients competently, efficiently, knowledgeably and with the highest level of integrity and respect.

We are committed to doing what we say we are going to do and keeping our promises. At the heart of our advice is an engagement model that strives to provide each client with the same high standard of care, service, support and execution. Our goal is to make every effort to ensure that we deliver against the principles we hold and the impact we hope to achieve.

Any successful venture requires a well-thought-out plan, measurable performance indicators and progress reports. With contributions from our staff, strategic partners and Advisory Board, the Executive Team regularly reviews and revises its Strategic Plan to identify new priorities and direction. We are committed to accountability and transparency.

Our success is dependent upon the collective energy and intelligence of all of our Team Members. We believe that the best result is accomplished for our clients when we assemble a team of qualified professionals with broad expertise and collaborate effectively to meet their needs. We feel this collaborative and flexible approach is the best way to make meaningful change happen and, more importantly, the most effective way to make it stick. To support the advisory and service needs of our clients we look to hire individuals with leadership potential, integrity, a sharp analytical mind, creativity, and the ability to work interdependently with others.
